8 weeks, 2 cohorts, and an incredible Cool Summer Experience that's almost at an end.  The CLE youth and staff is honored to invite you to our end of the summer celebration honoring the accomplishments Waukegan's —Lake County youth have successfully completed. This year’s theme, "Land, Water, and You" has been a fun filled learning experience. Please join us for youth presentations, stay for the project gallery, and partake in our CSE Bake Sale
