Hello, CLE families,
You are invited to join us at North Chicago Veterans Garden on Saturday, October 5th for a Fall Harvest Festival! This event is free and open to the public; the flier with more information is attached.
During our summer program, Growing Healthy Veterans, the organization hosting the event, invited our 6th and 7th grade class each week to their community garden for planting, harvesting, sampling fresh produce, and learning about gardening.
This Harvest Festival will include:
Live Music
Fresh Produce
A Food Truck
Garden Tours
We hope you can join us to ring in the autumn harvest (and cooler weather!).
