Gale Graves serves as the Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Lake County. Gale is committed to developing community solutions through collaboration and strong diverse partnerships that deliver measurable, purposeful services, programs and resources. Gale's professional experience includes program development, strategic planning, grant development and administration, adult education initiatives, and healthcare consulting in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She is passionate about removing barriers, equalizing access and developing opportunities that address drivers of health, create a strong social safety network, and build pathways for success. 

Gale is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
