Cory E. Ratliff serves as the Co-Senior Pastor of The Sign of the Dove Church and is the Founder and Director of ALATS Dance, a performance-based dance program that nurtures the dancer within the community. He is responsible for guiding the church's spiritual direction and fostering unity among its believers. Through ALATS Dance, Cory has successfully helped hundreds of students engage in dance throughout the Lake County area.

 

Prior to his role at The Sign of the Dove Church, Ratliff taught music and voice in the North Chicago School District. He collaborated with several organizations in the Waukegan community to connect with young people through the arts, including dance, theater, and music. Additionally, Ratliff has held positions as a teacher, principal, and President of Shelia Daniels Christian Academy. Currently, Cory Ratliff is a member of the board of directors for the Waukegan Arts Council.

 

Pastor Ratliff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has earned a Mental Health Coach Certificate. He resides in Waukegan, IL, with his wife and three children.
