Hello, CLE families and staff, This is a friendly reminder that this Sunday, September 29th, there will be a free apple-picking opportunity at the Prairie Crossing Edible Landscape. This "pick n' carry" event is free and open to all! Stop by and get some fresh apples from 11:30AM - 1:30PM.

This is a friendly reminder that this Sunday, September 29th, there will be a free apple-picking opportunity at the Prairie Crossing Edible Landscape. This "pick n' carry" event is free and open to all! Stop by and get some fresh apples from 11:30AM - 1:30PM.
The address of the orchard is 1214 Prairie Orchid Lane, Grayslake. You can park across from that house; this is the address of the president of the CLE Board who invites families to pick apples. You can park on the street in parking spaces adjacent to the orchard, or along the street. CLE staff will be there at that time. If possible, please bring bags to hold your apples.
